It looks awesome! I was really excited about it when it came in, the comfort is ok, since it is waterproof leather boot, it will need to be broke in for the comfort to get better. but other than that if it good, maybe a little snug, but still think its the leather needs to be broke in
These boots are comfortable! I love Cole Haan and these do not disappoint. The one caveat is that the laces cannot tighten around the top of the foot. The leather is a little stiff there. However, you can get a good pull on the laces near the ankle and secure a good fit.
Warm, light, and comfortable. Functional yet fashionable boots. These are great! If you plan on a long/overnight hiking trip maybe these aren't your best bet. These are more for around town on a cold day.
These boots surprise day in day out. I’ve worked these in cold temps and did some actual mountain hiking. They respond extremely well. They grip uneven surfaces really well. It took about two wears to break in. Now the leather is supple while holding shape. My only con is the laces don’t go all the way up leaving the tongue and collar open. This could be a good look if you want to tuck ur pants in. It’s a great buy at supper discounted price.
The best shoes ever
These are the lightest boots ever, the Cole Haan hiker 1's are a little bit more bulky than the Hiker 2's. These Boots run a little big, but if you order your normal size, you still should be fine.The shoe strings come untied often, I recommend using a double knot. Besides the Hiker 2's, this is the second most comfortable boots I've ever worn.
I bought these for my father who is an left leg amputee. He needed a boot that was light weight but had great cushioning. Cole Haan boots are well manufactured and the quality is impeccable. As a Podiatrist, I look for shoe gear that not only is stylish, but is healthy for your feet. Bravo Cole Haan, you scored a home run!
