I like these shoes and would buy them again, but...
I bought these shoes for a trip to Europe. I wanted something that would be good for walking but also good-looking enough to wear out at night, so I wouldn't have to bring a specific pair of dressier shoes. They hit all those marks. They were great for long sightseeing walks and I felt comfortable wearing them to nicer restaurants. I will say that on cobblestone streets, I could feel the unevenness of the surface through the shoe. It wasn't bad, but it did become fatiguing after a day out. Also, I wasn't used to the significant cushioning in the shoe. Some may like that but it was just not like my other shoes or sneakers. Lastly, and this is the only real gripe, the laces started to show wear early on, after only three weeks of wearing the shoes. The laces are made of a woven material, and the friction where you overlap one side of the lace with the other and tension them has slightly worn through the outer woven material. It wouldn't keep me from buying another pair of these shoes, I would probably just order extra laces at the same time.
