Excellent quality boot! So happy to finally find a pair of plain, classic black ankle boots!
Black ankle boots are my go too in the winter. I always have a dress pair but unfortunately my last ones had had it and looked awful. That was well over two years ago and I have yet to find a pair that I liked or fit me right. I am a size 11 and I prefer a 1" to 1 1/2" heel. I found these on Amazon and ordered them but did not get my hopes up. I tried them on and they are perfect! Just what I was looking for! They are classic, nice shape to the toe bed (not too round or too pointy) the heel is a little higher than I like but I can live with that. The height of the shaft is just right that they won't get caught up on pant leg and you have to keep adjusting them. No "junk" on them (ankle straps, hideous zippers, buckles etc.) a just nice plain ankle boot with a plane buckle. They are excellent quality and I know that I will have them for a long time!

Exceptional fit and style
I own many pairs of Cole Haan booties. This particular pair are extremely comfortable, and look very stylish. They appear to be of excellent quality. They are very flattering and look great, with leggings, skinny or a boyfriend jeans. My only complaint is that each boot is wrapped in a stiff cellophane-type plastic, which left impressions on the suede leather. The lines brush out with a suede brush, which would not be necessary without the use of the plastic. The plastic also holds in a slight dye-like smell to the boots that dissipates when the plastic is removed. I wear from a6 1/2" to a 7 1/2" size, depending on the shoe style and toe shape. I ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. The toe is nicely rounded, creating a feminine appearance without being, too pointed. The color is a warm grey, similar to the photograph. I highly recommend these boos.

I have never received a package that was torn and holes in the box. I returned one size and ordered a larger size. The boots were not packed the same as the ones I returned. There was part of an address label to someone in Knoxville. My concern is did I receive a new pair of boots? The quality has always been great when I order, not this time. Disappointed!

Dont be fooled by the name
Although the name of the shoes give the impression that they are leather boots. They most definately are not. The boots are so hard and uncomfortable. There is no bend in the shoe making it so uncomfortable. What a dissappointing purchase. Never again will I purchase from this seller or the company.
