High quality leather workmanship, arch support & cushion. It does require breaking in as with most shoes. Use a hair dryer to heat the inside of the shoe, putting on a thick sock and wear for about one hour. I also used a leather conditioner. It only too a couple of times to make them comfortable. I really am pleased with the design and fit. They are true to size.

The loafers don't hold pennies, they just look like they do.

I ordered these in a size 11, I should have gone with a 10. They fit a little larger than I expected so I will have to wear thicker socks with them, but they will work. I usually wear size 10 to 11 depending on the style of shoe. I also have a average width foot.The shoes did not have any loose stitches or flaws. They are very shiny and clean looking. The soles of the shoes are very nicely made and have great grip.They look like classic penny loafers, but the "silhouette with crafted moc stitch detail" must mean that they don't hold pennies. When I was a kid we would slip a penny in the face of a shoe like this. Nostalgia-wise, I am disappointed about this point. The front is a flap attached on either side, open top and bottom so you can slip your hand in the space.All that being addressed, the shoe is comfortable and a bit masculine. My husband saw these and thought he might be able to wear them. (He wears the same shoe size as I do, but has wider feet.) He did say they were a little narrow for him when he tried them on.
