So soft...
When I ordered these sandals, my expectations weren't very high. But, they arrived and I immediately liked them. Here is what I have to say: my foot is a standard 9M, but because these sandals were a toe-post style, I decided to go up to 9.5; my foot measures 10in from top of toe to heel, the shoes measure 10.5in, width-wise my foot measures 3.5in and the shoes measure 3.75in, and as you can see in the pictures there is a little bit of room to allow my foot to rest solidly on the sole; the sole itself is not as stiff and heavy as some others, it's pretty bendy actually and at the same time solid enough that you can walk comfortably and not worry about feeling every pebble under your shoe; the straps are super soft - not like about to snap off soft, but comfortably soft; the circumference of the buckle area - my ankle circumference is 9.5in and I was able to buckle the strap into the third hole and walk around comfortably but I prefer to have room around the buckle so I left it at the last hole; the buckle itself is attached to the other side of the strap with a soft elastic (the picture with the red circle around the buckle) which gives a bit extra stretch to allow the wearer to buckle/unbuckle with no issues; the toe post is soft and reinforced with the same material as the rest of the straps). Overall - when I put them on and buckled the straps and took a few steps, I did not feel any discomfort or pulling or rubbing/scratching, it was as if I had put on a pair of very light flip flops and was walking around with no issues.A few secondary thoughts: they would probably get very slippery if they get wet....I wouldn't wear them on the beach/sand as the construction will likely not be able to withstand the extra weight of the sand and it might snap a strap....they are super flat and have zero arch support.....size 9 still would have fit but it probably would have been a close fit and slightly uncomfortable, but if your feet are slimmer than mine it might be ok to go by your regular size....color discrepancy - the blue is blue but not as dark navy as in the product picture (which I would have loved), actually closer to my pictures with a greyish tint, light indigo....probably not the type of shoes I'd wear all day and definitely not for an all day of walking or other active movement.

Inconsistent fit.
I have 3 stars because I finally got one that fit right. I initially ordered 2 pairs of this style: size 9 in the peach and 10 in the brown. The peach shoe arrived first and when I tried it on, the strap was too small. While waiting on the other pair (brown) i decided to order another pair of peach, size9.5. It arrived and fit great. Somehow I had also ordered a size 10 peach. Both size 10s arrived together. So tell me why the 10s were too small but the 9.5 fit? Or is what it is. I would have ordered more because I love the style but I can't keep going back and forth not being sure of just what I'll get.

Poor quality, broke after light use.
I purchased these sandals from your company as a replacement for an old pair I’ve had since 2019. Although the previous sandals weren’t broken, they had become quite worn despite my continued affection for them. I received the newer pair from your company in late July 2024, but by February 2025, they broke. Living in a four-season state, I typically reserve sandals for vacations and the brief summer period when I'm not at work, meaning I’ve worn them only about 10-20 times. Fortunately, I still have my old sandals from Target, which I wore significantly more, and they’ve proven to be far more durable.I will not be purchasing another pair of sandals from your company. While out, the sandals unexpectedly broke mid-stride, causing me to trip. The photos clearly show that they were lightly worn.
