High hopes

I've had these boots for over a week, and worn them 3 times. I snow blowed in them twice for 45 minutes and my feet stayed warm. Temps were 18° and in low 20s. Real test is coming when I snow blow at -30. They didn't hurt my feet and were comfortable. I wore them to town once shopping and they were stable not slippery walking around Home Depot and Walmart. Reviews were good so I decided to try these boots this time around. So far so good. Quality seems good especially for the price. My last 2 pair of boots I paid 2.5 times more, but they got me 22 yrs. Their reviews are horrible now with them splitting and not as warm. So, I changed brands and I have high hopes for these Columbia's.

Great boot!!!!

Best boots ever. Sturdy, great tread, waterproof. Would need to size up atleast a half size. Run a little small. Nice style. Feel a bit tight but if you size up it’s worth it. Not a light boot. Would buy again!

Excellent Snow Boot.

This is my second pair of Bugaboot III, they last for years. These boots are very durable, great in snow and hold their shape year after year. They are waterproof and have decent insulation. You will want to wear another pair of socks when it drops below 15-20 degrees. I found my feet were cold after several hours of weather in the teens. They were not freezing, but they were pretty cold.As boots go, they are pretty light. There is extra weight, but less than other boots I have owned.I find Columbia's boots to be a great value for the money. It might be more upfront, but will out last any of the less expensive brands.

Great but bulky

They are nice and warm...but a bit bulky. Not terrible, but much bulkier than I thought they'd be. Either way, GREAT buy for the money. Won't find anything better in the same price range.

Columbia bugaboot 111

First I would say these columbia bugaboot snow boots are a great looking boot. If you are a size 11,you may want to get a size 12. I'm a size 11 and I got a size 11.5 and they fit good enough, but if you want to wear heavy sox go one size up. I love the look of these boots, stylish, lightweight and plenty warm enough. For a boot they are really comfortable, and have great ankle support. Its about time i got a nice boot. 😊 happy costomer!!

Great snow boots

Perfect fit and comfy & the ergonomics promote footsteps. You may want to order .5 though. Its not the they dont fit but you can get away with ordering .5 up for more comfort but the exact size is perfect for me.

Honestly, most happy that they come in wide width without being twice the price

Well, the heel seems to be at a slightly odd angle or something (I found that the tend to scrape the ground or catch on things (stairs for instance). Bit stiff for a while & the laces aren't the smoothest to tighten/loosen. IF you like I, need Wide to begin with, id recommend x-w if you plan to use heavy socks much... the fit in a little tight in that regard (you'll likely end up causing some damage stuffing your feet in /prying them out (IF using thick socks). BUT, they're well enough without. Haven't stepped into any deep puddles yet, but completely satisfied with warmth/dryness vs snow ;) I walk quite a lot, and my feet haven't screamed in pain yet ;) Excellent so far, Might be sad to put them away for summer ;)
