Perfect for fishing creeks/rivera and swimming in certain lakes. They dry quickly and are so comfortable my husband doesn’t mind wearing them even when he has to walk long distances.
Excellent fishing shoes. Great traction and very comfortable. Might want to perform an upgrade on the laces, though.
I bought two pair of these love them lost a pair wish I could find them but still have one pair left. They are perfect for real adventures that involve water and rocks granted no shoe unless water proof boot that is connected to some waiters is gonna keep rocks and dirt out. I used these for several years going rock hunting on the shore of Lake Superior which is notorious for destroying shoes and feet especially if you like to get your feet wet and walk for miles. These have done better than any other water shoe I have come across. They are very light weight drain water fast as if you weren’t even walking through water or were just bare foot but don’t have to worry about sharp rocks or sticks. The mesh can get turn but the little rip I have in the pair I still have left hasn’t deteriorated the function of the shoe. Would highly recommend if you can actually find them for a decent price or at all.
Gave these a shot because I needed something for wading rivers while fishing and didn't want to worry about the dangers of proper waders, or having to wear boots in the water. They have worked almost perfect in both fresh and saltwater environments, with only a few minor caveats.Pros:- They actually grip quite well on wet rocks. Even in strong current, they gripped great on non-mossy rocks. Obviously, mossy rocks in current are going to be slick and that's going to be the case regardless of what footwear you choose.- They are extremely breathable with large perforations throughout the entire base of the shoe. The gaps in the foam sole allow access to vertical holes that allow drainage/flow from the foot cavity and this is what makes these the perfect water shoe. The insole is also a mesh-type material to allow water flow.Cons:- Colorways are a bit lacking. A minor thing, but still worth noting.- Size seemed to run big for me. I wear a 9 in Jordan, 9.5 in most other shoes, and a 10 in OluKai and a 9.5 in these is at least a half size too big.- These aren't feather-light but aren't advertised as such. They're about average for weight and are noticeably heavier when fully saturated, but not heavy enough to be an issue by any means.- Sand..... If you're in sandy environments, the design of this shoe allows very easy ingress of sand. It doesn't seem to drain out as easy as it comes in, so this can be an annoyance- The insole is a mesh/grid pattern which can feel a bit odd when wearing these sockless (because you don't wear socks in the water, right?). I got used to it, but it was a bit abrasive feeling at first. No actual issue with my feet though.Only time will tell how well they hold up. They do what they need to do extremely well, but are the slightest bit rough around the edges.4.25/5
Great brand. Love them . Use for watervolleyball shoes.
high quality, great support, light weight, and non slip...what more could you ask for
I paid more for a brand name show because I thought they would hold up longer. They're great if you just plan to walk around town and might step in a puddle, but after wearing them one time on a hike predominantly up a river, they tearing and breaking down. If they're only going to last one hike or season, save your money and get a cheaper pair of water shoes knowing you'll need a new pair season anyways.
