As a charter captain I’m on my feet all day. I’ve had all the big brands huk ultra tuff and a couple others. These boots are an absolute game changer. Very durable so far and slip resistant on a wet deck even with fish slim on the deck they hold well. They look like grandpa shoes but man are they comfortable. They are a little narrow but over all they are the best deck boot I’ve found so far. And a great price. The only thing I can say is blood doesn’t wash off them very well. Over all very satisfied with my purchase

Not Just for Boat Captains
I'm a regular city-dweller, so the idea of buying fishing boots is somewhat ludicrous. I saw a fellow wearing rain boots the other day and thought they looked sweet, so when I saw these I decided to pull the trigger. Well hot diggity, impulse purchase be damned, I'm so glad to have these in my wardrobe. Comfy, look somewhat odd as casual wear but still cool, true to size, and obviously very water resistant for galoshing or spelunking in puddles to your heart's content. Very easy to slip off (the putting on not as delightful), good traction, and seem to be well made. Will see how they stand the test of time.

Great fit and function
These are excellent.I needed to replace an older pair of Muck boots. Purchased Muckster II, poor fit, poor quality, much too loose. Returned for refund. Sad to see the decline in their quality the last 20 yrs.Decided on these Columbia boots after much research and my good experiences with their other products. Have worn them several days and I’m ready to review:True to size. Good fit out of box.No break-in period required. Immediately comfortable.Have worn a few days 10+ hrs each time, great support, no sore feet or ankles.Not a true slip on, need at least one hand (I use a short boot hook).A little tight to remove, but has nice studs on heels for good grip. Actually I like this, I walked thru sticky mud and boots were firmly in place.I highly recommend them.

Like ‘em. Don’t love ‘em.
The rubber doesn’t move and there is absolutely no ventilation, but it’s otherwise cozy and is exactly what you want when it’s raining, snowing, muddy or whatever that might get your feet wet - but they’ll also get a little sweaty if you’re out in the heat since there is no ventilation. Lightweight. Great cushioning. Look great. I don’t know what else I want, but I just don’t feel a five star. Like ‘em. Don’t love ‘em.
