HiTo say that I have bought a lot of shoes andSlides - Foam, on Amazon would be an understatement.But I never found one that’s looks likeA shoe and yet the inside feels soft in rightPlaces . Note I walk the dog , no running.10 Star all the WAY. JS
Like these slides a lot. First time trying them as have been mainly using the Oofos slides. These feel a lot firmer than the Oofos, but also feel like they have much better traction and will last a lot longer, so there are tradeoffs. Will prob get another pair of Oofos as well for post run recovery whereas these feel like more of an everyday wear slide. They definitely do run big as others have noted. I typically wear a size 10 running shoe. I had originally ordered these in a size 9 and found them to be too big. Returned and got a size 8 instead and fit just right.

Ordered this with a bunch of nearly identical other recovery slides (KuaiLu, GPOS, Crocs, Xanciery, Adidas, Oofos) and this is the pair I'm keeping. The top strap has a little more flare at the top and bottom, so it fits my wider/thicker foot quite well. The material of the inner sole is pleasantly squishy, but the outer sole is a little more firm and feels like it will hold up better over time. The bottom sole has a more rugged pattern that looks like it will give better traction in various weather. The heel is more solid and feels more stable when walking or standing (unlike the Oofos rocker heel that's great for walking, but less so for standing). And the smooth top looks just the tiniest bit more stylish than the rest.
They shrink. Purchased a size 13 as I always do and they were very big. They shrunk during to a trip to FL after being in the sun. They fit perfect now. If you are going to where them outside in a warm climate, order your normal size and they will shrink to fit. If you live in a cool climate and don’t get out much, order a size smaller than normal.
Loose fit. Too much wobbling as I walk. Squeaky on certain floor types. Hurts my flat feet due to a slight upwards curve made for those who don’t have flat feet. I do like the fact that the front toe area is thinner making it less likely to trip and fall.
I ended up getting these over Crocs because the price was better at the time and had great reviews. I wanted to get my dad some recovery slides to wear after all the manual labor work he does. They are really nice looking and seem well made. Durable enough for my dad who's tough on shoes. They have good tread on them as well. They should be perfect for his yard work, working in the garage, fishing, daily wear during the warmer months and to wear around the house. Only thing I'd say is Columbia should make more color options for them but otherwise I'm happy with the purchase. I'll report back on how they wear and fit after Father's day!
