Nice shoes

I really like these shoes. I’m on my second pair. I had a slightly different model before, but they’ve worn out so bought these. Still using the old pair for yard work. I have narrow feet and these have really worked well and been very comfortable. I like that they’re waterproof. It also helps with the dust. I would recommend them.

waterproof and comfortable

When I first put these on, I was hesitant that I would like them as they seemed a bit snug/tight. I'm glad I wore them around the house/office though before sending them back because I really like them and they are actually comfortable. They're not slippers or sneakers; they're hiking shoes. I bought these to wear camping and hiking: protect my feet from wet grass and yet not have big lugs to pickup rocks and major mud. I decided to give them a try camping and it was worth the risk. I like the tread pattern on the sole and that my feet stay dry at least in wet grass. Initially, I tied them kind of loose so I could slip them on and it worked; they stayed put. I have since purchased elastic strings to replace the laces and they make these shoes even better. Columbia should have put elastic in them from the start!

Great Shoes for Work or Sport.

I own two pairs. I got one pair for bike riding. They were so comfortable that I got a second for general wear as tennis shoes. (I prefer to keep my workout shoes separate from general wear shoes)Arch support is fantastic. Style is actively stealth and not little kid or ghetto clown looking. Totally recommend these shoes for anyone who works on their feet. I can wear these all day and not get sore. It just seems like I zip around and work more efficiently when I have these shoes on.

Like hiking boots in disguise

Got these for my boyfriend so he could have shoes to wear that don't get ruined in the mucky weather that tends to hit upstate NY. He has worn these dozens of times in snow or rain and happily reports back they kept his feet dry! These have some of the perks of hiking boots but unless looking closely can pass for everyday wear. Overall fit very comfortably, sometimes can get a little hot but I have yet to find a pair of shoes that he doesn't say make his feet hot so... maybe some of that is not the shoes' fault. I appreciate how easy it is to clean these when they get muddy just by wiping them down.

Not very well constructed

So, I bought these sometime in February (it’s now just starting July). When they arrived, my first reaction to them was “nice looking shoes!” I tried them on and they were quite comfy. (And stayed comfy the entire time, to be clear). I bought them to use for work (I drive a semi) which puts pretty minimal wear and tear on shoes. . Initially, I thought I was going to be buying another pair for sure, but I’m not sure about that now because I haven’t even had them 5 month’s now and they already are coming apart at the “Quality constructed seems!” I will put a picture of how they are now so you can see what I’m referring to. Good luck
