I really love these sneakers and find myself reaching for them more than any other pair of sneakers I own. They have really good support and are really comfortable to wear. They have great grip and I feel secure in them in the winter. They have held up for months now of walking in them every day. They were true to size and I like that they have a bit of a heel on them. They look great for everyday wear but I have worn these on extended walks on rugged terrain and they worked well. I don't think they are quite the same as hiking boots but for sneaker style shoes they have been great on my walks and hikes.

Incredibly comfortable hiking sneakers!!
Columbia is a trusted brand, and these sneakers add to their trusted reputation!When I first opened the box, I wasn’t sure about the thickness of the sole but after wearing them around the house, I realized how incredibly comfortable they are. I ordered my normal size, an 8.5. They are true to size and allow room for my specific inserts that I need. The stitching and molding is secure and durable. The only disappointment for me is that white was the only color available in my size. That of course is no fault of Columbia. I really like these sneakers and I’m looking forward to our trip next month where I will get in lots and lots of hiking in. In addition to being comfortable, they are stylish, well made and while they are a bit expensive, you definitely get your monies worth due to how well made they are.I highly recommend these and give them a five star rating without hesitation.

I really like these Columbia Women's Konos Elevate Hiking Shoes. The colors are so vibrant which I love. The heel is extra thick to give you support and traction. I will most likely use these shoes for walking and sometimes while hiking. They are comfortable as I walk and give me a lot of support. Right out of the box this looks like a gorgeous and very stable hiking sneaker. Columbia is a trusted name in outdoor gear and I wanted sneakers rather than a hiking shoe or boot. These are very comfortable. I ordered size 9. I am technically a size 8.5 but I usually go up a 1/2 size for sneakers and I'm glad I did. Toes have plenty of wiggle room, but heel stays tightly in the shoe. The inner soles are removable in case you want to put custom orthotics inside. Haven't yet done a long hike, but wore them around the house for a day and they are very comfy. Very happy!
