Excellent quality from Columbia
Highly recommend these sneakers. They are exceptionally lightweight and comfortable and provide a ton of support. I was able to wear these while walking all over Ireland and my feet never felt tired. There was no need to break them in—they fit great right out of the box. They’re surprisingly stylish - they definitely don’t look like boring waterproof shoes. The pastel color details definitely make them look cute. The quality is what you expect from Columbia - superior. I’ve worn them in the rain and stayed dry all day!

Comfy and stable hiking shoe that isn't clunky!
I wanted a black hiking shoe that would look more like a sneaker while still providing great support and comfort and this one checked all the boxes. It was comfortable right away. I've worn these a lot recently because I want them to be well broken in for an upcoming trip and didn't want to worry about blisters. I wear them with wool hiking socks for extra cush. I have a "low volume foot" so the first time I wore them I felt like my foot sat deeply inside the shoe but all the trim is soft enough that there wasn't a problem. If you have a thicker foot you might really like the fit. The sole is fairly thick and kind of stiff so will be great on rocky trails and cobblestones. They are also cute enough to look good with any outfit.

They were definitely waterproof in the rain and you barely feel uneven rocks and cobblestones underfoot when walking. They were warm but not too hot and had decent support. They are a bit taller than most sneakers, so bear that in mind when choosing socks to pair with them. The real problem is that despite breaking these in a bit before my trip to Peru, I ended up with blisters between my toes a few days in because the toe box was so narrow. I ordered my usual size and the length was as expected, but the toe box was way too narrow. I would maybe recommend sizing up if you want to order these.
