I usually wear 10 1/2W. Per suggestion, I ordered a size 10W. I need wide for the toe box. The shoe fir perfectly, wide enough and my toes don't rub against the top of the boot. I can't vouch for the waterproof part as I didn't have to test it. I just walked through wet grass. I didn't break them in and had no problems with discomfort. I love the color combo, too. The price was reasonable.
Bought these for hiking bc I didn’t realize how much ankle support I would actually need. I wasn’t really sure if these would help since they are a blind buy but these are really comfort and the stability is top notch. I did buy a wide incase my feet swell while hiking and that was a wise idea bc you never know with swelling and thickness of socks. The support is outstanding, water resistance is good, the laces actually stay tied! Go figure- an all around great hiking shoe. And it’s not too heavy for summer.
Love these shoes! I was looking for an every day shoe/boot to wear in the winter that had good traction, was comfortable and kept my feet dry & warm. These were perfect! They look good too! Can't say enough good about them
Good value - not waterproof. I have taken this on several backpacking trip and felt secure and stable. No blisters.
Nice shoe. Completed 10 mile hike without issues--no hot spots, no rolled ankles. Not sure of longevity yet, but no cause for concern at this time
