Cushiness with a wider toe box! AND CUTE 💗
These are comfy & allow the ability to remove the ortholite (included with the shoes) to put in your own arch support. No clunky feel & have wider toe box. They look great on & have a rugged tread on the bottom for traction. Can’t wait to take them on the trail but could also be used for walkers. They will be replacing my Merrell antora hikers. For reference I’m a size 9 in a running shoe but an 8.5 in Columbia. These still have the right amount of room with the my own orthotics inside plus the right amount of cushy feel in the shoe overall. Ordered another pair in a different color because they look so cute on! And they were on sale! 👍🏼

Great Performing Hiking Shoes
I bought these hiking shoes for a trip where I was going to go to the summit of a volcano in a Central American country. I needed shoes with good traction, lightweight, comfortable and that would take very little small space in my carry on. I bought these Columbia shoes and they did performed. The hike to the summit was extremely steep with volcanic rocks, the way back was even more treacherous as the terrain is narrow with tons of rocks and ash making it very slippery. These shoes kept my feet steady and firm plus after 5 hours of hiking they were still very comfortable. Columbia is a good outdoor brand and the shoes did not disappointed. I highly recommend them, Excellent shoes! 👍

I use these for hiking and they have helped so much! In the past, I’ve used running shoes for hiking when it’s warm out and would often slide around on dirt slopes, but these shoes will grip you in place on any terrain! They’re also comfortable and true to size

Comfort right out of the box!
The shoes seem really great; I put them on as soon as they arrived and they felt right. I kept them on in the house for the duration of the afternoon and there was no rubbing or slipping. I usually buy a size 8, but got these in an 8.5 to have a little extra room for my bunion and a pair of socks. That turned out to be a Perfect Plan. There's plenty of room in the toe box, so my toes are not squashed, even with socks. I love the awesome gripper soles too! They seem to be a perfect package; I can't wait to take them for a "road-test" and walk a mile or two tomorrow. Great shoes, nice and light--yet substantial!

Good, not great
Liked the fit, comfortable, looks good. Build quality seems good. Laces stay tight, but the tongue slips to the side, drives me nuts. Sole has good traction on all surfaces, but tread design picks up small rocks like a tire tread, not a deal breaker though. Breathable, not waterproof. Would be good for summer weather. I would buy again.

These shoes are keepers!
I just received these, and I added some arch supports and they feel so good! They are very comfortable with plenty of room in the toe box. They have plenty of cushioning. I have arthritic toes, so room in the toe box and cushioning in the toe area are very important to me. I’ll follow up after I’ve tested them out walking or hiking! I’dUpdate say that they are generously sized.Update: I tested these out on a hilly road and they felt a little, sloppy, heavy and big on my feet. Im hoping to use these on a trip with hiking on uneven surfaces. I’m going to try heavier socks and different orthotics.Update: I’m back to wearing these again after I’d set them aside. Now they are perfect for me and they are still in like new condition.
