I'm in love! These shoes are SO incredibly light I'm so impressed. I'm not necessarily a brand loyalist for my sneakers, and usually just order shoes from whatever company has the color shoes I like the best. I rotate between Nike, Asics, Adidas, Brooks, etc. and am always a size 9. I ordered a 9 in these and they're true to size and super comfortable. The back is nice and solid (not a mesh-type like so many running shoes are nowadays), and is a bit high-cut so it gives a really good cradle to your ankle when wearing. The laces are also worth mentioning - they're kindof springy/elastic, and plenty long even if you loosen them.My only complaint is that the bottom is white, and I can't wear them asap around on walks because it's Mud Season where I live! I may be switching to be brand-aligned on sneakers from now on!
I wouldn't pay $100 for these. There is nothing about these that is any more special than a cheaper sneaker. There is very little arch support, and I don't find them all that comfortable. If you just want some simple sneakers for walking and casual wear, these are fine, but I would not recommend for trails or serious running.
These shoes are extremely lightweight yet have a great amount of support and sole traction - perfect for runners. I ordered a size 9 but should have sized down. Love the taupe and tan color combo!
Could size down 1/2 a size. Great shoe for a good hike.
I wear a 6 or 6.5 (depending on brand and model) wide shoe, but the wides weren't available, so i took a chance and ordered a 7 regular width. The toe box wide enough, but the heel is not wide, so that my foot doesn't slip forward, a problem I've had with other shoes.I also have a very high arch. These shoes have some arch support, but i think I'll need to add more. The material is light and airy, making the shoes incredibly lightweight. I really like that the tongues are super thin, too. These shoes felt comfortable on my 3-mile walk.
