These boots were cute for Christmas and the fit was good. The only thing is that they scuff easily. I was upset when black scuff marks appeared on the sides. I tried getting them off with soap and water because it's not leather. That did not work. So I tried Mr. Clean magic eraser and that did the trick.

These boots are wonderful. Easy to get on. They are warm. I would buy these boots again. Was a good price for the boots. Very stylish. Not clunky light other boots.

What a nice hiking boot. I would say however I would not go hiking up the mountain with these boots. These are more for show than go. I can not hike, so these are perfect for me. Don't get me wrong these are hiking boots. Most hiking boots don't have wool protruding where the tongue and laces. If you purchase these boots because of how they look and you want to hike with them. Then don’t get upset when the wool gets dirty and doesn’t look good anymore.My only problem with this boot is the X wide is not very wide. I can not use a normal size shoe, it is always a x wide that works. This time it is very tight and quite uncomfortable. I put the boot on and sat for an hour or so, letting the boot stretch. It did get a bit less uncomfortable and I do believe I’ll need to have them stretched. Although I really like the look of this boot. I don’t believe I would purchase this again. They don’t seem to have any larger width for my size.
The fit is correct to the size. The boots are very comfortable. Easy to put on and off. Really nice looking. They will be really warm this winter. I love them. I also purchased a red pair.
