To my fellas that may come across this product wondering whether or not the platform converse would look good on a males foot, I would say buy the shoes! I searched for hours trying to see if any guys purchased the shoes and I found nothing so I bit the bullet. The shoes look great and are better than typical converse in my opinion. SIZE DOWN AT LEAST A WHOLE SIZE. They are very comfortable as far as the cushioning, way better than typical converse they almost remind me of the cushion in the comme de garçon collab. And for the price it’s phenomenal. I wanted either a Rick Owen or maison margiela mihara look without that price; I’m not a person who really does reps, so these definitely got the job done 🫡

I do recommend, they are quite comfortable. Run a 1/2 size large, but LOVE! Late arrival...
I gave 4 stars because I ordered them from this seller so they arrived by my daughters birthday (Thursday) and before she left for the weekend (Friday). I received an email the day they were due to arrive(Thursday) that they would be running late and would be delivered by 10pm tomorrow (Friday). Ok, kinda upset they wouldn't be here for her birthday...my bad for the last minute purchase right? Friday comes and goes, no shoes. She leaves without them, disappointed as any teen would be. The shoes arrive Saturday afternoon. Bear in mind I ordered them on a Monday night. It wasn't the day before I needed them. If I had known they wouldn't have arrived on time I could have just taken her to Famous Footwear and gotten them for $15 cheaper. But I wanted to surprise her. IDK who was at fault for the 2 day delay but this was the first time I have ever had that happen. Go figure it was when the date actually mattered. If it wasn't a birthday gift that completed a whole outfit for the weekend I wouldn't have really cared. Otherwise, the shoes are fabulous, they do run about a half size big, as do all Chuck Taylors in my experience, I thought maybe with the "lift" they would be true to size but, yeah, I recommend to get 1/2 size smaller, unless you need room for growth.
