Adorable, but falling apart on first wear

I would love to give these shoes 5 stars for how cute they are, but unfortunately, the quality just isn't there. Like others have mentioned, both of my shoes are splitting right where the upper meets the platform. It seems like a design flaw—this area naturally takes a lot of stress while walking, and the tiny elastic section doesn’t provide enough flexibility. A longer stretch panel could have helped prevent this issue.Also, the shoes make a very noticeable "farting" noise with every step. While I could overlook the noise, I’ve only worn them for about 2.5 hours and they already show signs of falling apart. I'm not confident they’ll hold up with continued wear, which is disappointing given how adorable they are.
