I think they run a little short. I returned the first pair and got a size larger. They are so cozy on my feet. Soft inside and warm; I do not think they will get too warm, but more warm than socks. My feet have the tendency to get cold. I love the gripper sole. You won't slip, but you won't stumble like rubber soles. If you have any condition that prevents you picking your feet high enough, at times rubber soles can cause you to stumble. For the price, you can't beat it. They seem to be well made, though I haven't washed them. I can't complain, they are two pairs for a great price.

I have neuropathy and these seemed perfect. What happened was one of my feet rolls outward and the seam inside gave ne a callous. A big one that ended up cracking causing me to suffer with a foot ulcer. If you don't have trouble with foot rolling outward these were comfortable on my other foot.

They'll even do well for a walk for the mail or hang out on your patio or deck. I wear size 8-9 and ordered that size. However, they run small and returned them for the next size up. They wash & dry nicely with no shrinkage or distortion.
