Omg I was worried about these being a little cheap because they were on sale for about 20 bucks. They turned out to be so much nicer than I expected. They are great quality they fit perfectly. They are comfortable they look cute. What I especially love is the comfort and that you can hike in them without the heel digging into your foot. Some hiking shoes have that issue, this has a slightly lower heel, making it extremely comfortable for which ever way you move your foot. Decided to purchase another pair.

They are definitely slip resistant. The first hike I took in these there were wet leaves everywhere, regular shoes would've had me slipping and sliding all over the place. However these didn't even give even a hint of wanting to slip or slide, I was very impressed and now I understand why they make shoes for hiking specifically. They make the experience so much better. These did exactly what I needed them to do, they helped me decide if it was worth investing in proper hiking gear. Which is yes, unless you only go out a few times a year.Now that I know that I do want hiking shoes I will be upgrading these. These shoes are definitely better for the once in a while, maybe you'll go hiking two times year, but they don't feel like they'll hold up well to regular use. Which given the price isn't surprising. The weight isn't bad at all. The comfort is okay, not amazing. There is plenty of room in the toe box which is great if you have a wider foot. However, they are kind of thin on the bottom and at times I could feel the rocks underneath. As for size, I normally wear a size 7 and that worked out fine for these. A half size up would probably have worked as well, especially if you want to wear thicker socks. I really like the navy blue with the orange contrast, they look pretty cool for a hiking shoe.All in all, these are fine and very affordable. However, again I don't believe they will hold up for very long. The materials feel cheap.

Not good enough
I bought these shoes because I was going to Machu Pichu on a hiking trek.The shoes look amazing and stylish if that is your main need.They feel comfortable and soft while walking, but these shoes are not for heavy terrain. They are most likely to be used on a walk to the park or short hiking trips, after my third day out of a nine days trek, the shoes lost their consistency, I could feel every stone under my feet, they are also advertised as waterproof, not true. Slip resistance, yes but they don’t have much grip as the terrain starts getting dense.I do not recommend these shoes unless you are having a nice walk in the park.
