Heel is too big and slips when I walk. I purchased in my usual size, 8 1/2. They run TTS. The length and fit of the ball of my foot, was great. The heel, however, is huge and my heel slips whenever I walk. This saddens me as the shoe is adorable. The elastic strap does become uncomfortable after a bit. The strap is attached to the inside of the shoe.
These shoes are pretty and comfy. However, the strap is too tight. I had mine removed.

Cute shoes, but stretched out and wide. Totally flat sole with zero support. Very shallow/low rear shank, and my heel slips out with every step. Probably returning.Disappointed.
