Favorite shoes and excellent customer service!
I purchased these shoes and they instantly became my favorite pair. Comfortable, stylish and I could wear them with just about anything- dresses, ankle pants, etc. After about a month, the buckle broke and I was so disappointed. (My guess is that the buckle had some structural issue or something because the top half just broke off.)After amending my five star review to reflect my disappointment, the seller reached out and offered to make it right. This level of customer service is unheard of these days and I SO appreciate the commitment to making sure I am satisfied.I’ll definitely purchase another pair if the buckle issue is fixed. And I’m a customer for life.

very cheap quality- the buckle snapped in half after only a few uses, the shoe is very cute and comfortable but not at all worth your money; i wanted to wear it more than a few times. no option to return/replace either. you’re better off buying name brand

Cute and Comfy
I bought these shoes at a discount store the first time that I bought them.The buckle broke even though I only wore them a few times. It was disappointing. When I found them online with a note that said that the buckle defect was upgraded I was elated.Glad to find the same style again.

First pair buckle broke, second pair very poor quality
I bought my first pair and loved them. They fit great felt comfortable bottom in a seems to be a very nice shoe, but the buckle broke as I was walking out of the grocery store, rendering the shoe useless after I only owned it for about a month and wore it maybe five times Bought a second pair because they said they fixed the buckle issue and I love them so I thought I’d try again. The shoes they sent look the same but are a much poor quality. The soul is significantly harder, the finish is terrible. Looks like a five-year-old cut them with a pair of scissors, they don’t fit or feel anything close to the first pair I bought the cork seems significantly different just all around feels like a cheaper shoe with less attention to detail. Had to send them back as I don’t feel their worth the money or do they feel or fit right on my feet now.

Broken buckle still an issue

Cute,comfortable, but won’t last long
These are cute and comfortable, but on my third wear the buckle broke. I didn’t even wear them for long extended periods of time. The buckle is made of really thin metal or a coated plastic. Also they run about a half size small.
