These shoes fit true to size. Very comfortable! It was easy to change out the cleats needed for the spin bike at the gym. These are like any other shoes, adjusting to them may take awhile but so worth it. Also it’s a great price even if you have to purchase extra cleats to use.

For the price, these are great at home exercise shoes. They run narrow but fit well enough with somewhat supple materials that form to the foot. Comfortable. These work well enough for what I needed, and they don't break the bank. Easy to use and install.
