Very Comfy But Pricy Boots

I think these may be the most comfortable pair of boots I've ever had. I wore these to work the other day and was able to wear them all day with hardly any discomfort which I cannot say for other boots I own and have owned in the past. After several hours they started to feel a little tight at the top of the toe box but that could be because I wore them with thick socks as I was worried that wearing them with just pantyhose(since I had a dress on) wouldn't give enough cushioning for the soles of my feet. Next time I'll wear them with thinner socks to see if it makes a difference. I love that they are pull on and don't have a zipper. Every boot I have with zippers always tend to bend inward right above the ankle bone, causing discomfort. Since these don't have a zipper I didn't have that problem. They aren't real suede but you can't tell unless you look very closely. It's a very good imitation. Since the boot is soft I was worried that it would be slouchy which I don't like but it really isn't. There is a tiny bit of slouch near the ankles but other than that the boots maintained their shape. The heel height is just perfect for me not too low and not too high. I like that it's wide as that's more comfortable and easier to walk in than a thin heel. It's also not too wide at the top. The description says its wide at the top but I'm glad it wasn't too wide. I have skinny legs and as you tell in the photo there is a little gap but not too much. Considering that it's not real suede I do feel that $53.99 is kinda pricey which is why I'm giving it 4 stars. I was able to select these as part of the Amazon Vine program so I didn't have to pay for them. If this boot was priced at $30.00 I would say its a good buy. But maybe it's worth the price because they are more comfortable than a lot of other boots out there?
