Great Daily Wear Shoe
I am not a runner, thus my review is solely based on walking. I did wear these for 2 days in the office where I have to walk quite a bit. I really like the shoe, which I was hesitant about based on the fact that this brand was not familiar to me.The sole is very springy and alleviates any pressure that I might normally feel on the ball of my foot. They also kept the fatigue of my legs to a minimum. The fit is absolutely true to size, my foot is average/wide and with proper lacing they fit like a glove. The style is pretty versatile, and the logos are not intrusive in appearance. Overall I think it is a great shoe, however $110 seems a little high for a little known brand.

Surprisingly light runners
Never heard of the brand D’s before but thought I’d give them a try. For $110 I have pretty high standards, especially for an unknown brand. Is the quality worth the cost?I gave the shoes a full day test run at work. Here’s my experience:The running shoes have a high end appearance.I was pleasantly surprised by the lightness of the shoe. The sole is platform but does not add much weight to the shoe. The tread on the bottom provides adequate traction. The shoe is true to width, but a little long for size. Adequate room in the toe box. There seems to be a lot eyeholes for the laces, and they are a little stiff to adjust. Took a lot of tugging one section of lace at a time to snug them up, but once adjusted they were fine. There is no loop to keep the tongue of the shoe centered, but it stayed in place for the day. There is not a lot of cushion-I felt the hard tile of the hallway by the end of the day.The heel cushion is deep, but the stability is weak. There isn’t a lot of arch support.Overall, the D’s are an adequate neutral shoe, but they don’t have a lot of arch support and cushion. The lightness of the shoe is impressive but I feel it comes at the cost of the stability, cushion, and arch support.Overall I feel the price is reasonable. I like the shoe but will need a different insole for stability.

3 stars, with qualifications.
Pretty good quality, the assembly of the body and sole is properly done. Very light shoes. They do look good and the tread is good. I do think the current $110 is kind high. The fit is really the issue. Usually sneakers have a bit more room, which I need as I have wide feet. Usually a 7.5 will be just enough for it not to squish my foot, without there being to much space at the toes. The length is great but the width is a bit narrow. I think an 8 would ok. If you have wider feet and want to try, I'd go up 1/2 size.

Good performing running shoe.
These sneakers surprised me in the best way. Really comfy, great traction, and that thicker rounded sole makes a big difference, it keeps everything feeling balanced when I’m running. The mesh upper is nice and breathable too. Fit is true to size. Definitely a good option if you’re planning longer runs.

Comfortable but Runs on the Shorter Side
These running shoes are really comfortable, the mesh material is breathable and the cushioned platform sole feels great during walks and workouts. They’re lightweight, supportive, and the black mesh with the white base looks stylish and clean. The only downside is that they run a bit short. The length feels slightly tight in the toe area, so if you’re between sizes or prefer more room, I’d recommend sizing up.Overall, very comfy and great for daily wear, just be mindful of the sizing!

FANTASTIC shoes
These are fantastic shoes. I am not a runner but I do walk daily and the cushioning and supportive fit have been fantastic for my feet. These are lightweight - like shockingingly so - and feel like they're more expensive than they are. Love them. AND - they're so cute! Highly recommend! Fit my true size.

They’re not New Balance, but they’re also half the price
I have been a diehard New Balance shoe fan for over a decade now due to the incredible stabilizing ability of their 990s, which has seemed to be the only shoe to adequately help my over-pronation and incredibly flexible monkey-human-hybrid ankles. Once in a while, I get upset enough with the cost of the new balance shoes that I’m willing to entertain, trying an alternative brand; with the economy how it is right now, it seemed like the perfect time to see what else was out there. And since my home has recently adopted a “No outside-shoes-come-inside” policy, I figured at worst I could use these as my indoor shoes since I still need to wear shoes inside to protect my high arches with special orthotic inserts.Given my heavy bias toward New Balance, with my comparison point being a top-of-the line shoe, this shoe of course fell short of that. However, it was not the worst shoe I’ve ever tried in terms of comfort or support, either. It was mediocre, which matches the price range. If you do not suffer from over pronation or any other foot disorders necessitating a high level of stability, then you can very likely get away with saving some money with this shoe instead of a top-of-the-line model.
