I bought these for my husband’s Christmas present. They were expensive but, they fit and he can lace them up, tight or loose. He has cancer and his chemo swells his feet. The brand that made them is a fabulous quality.
I tried some other brands before these. The Danner boots fit and feel better than anything I have had before. I have some Danner hiking boots as well and the performance and comfort for me have not been beat. These boots have provided all day comfort out of the box. I appreciate the non bulkiness of the boots. The leather looks and feels great. I am a fan, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these again. They look great with my 501's and work pants on top of the feel so win win.
Comfort was the best but wore out real fast. I work both commercial and residential as an electrical apprentice so I am in a lot of different environments. Sadly for $270 I feel I didnt get much value, the soles wore out and the seams tore within 9 months.

These boots have a one year manufacturer’s warranty the warranty says to return boots back to the place of purchase I had them one week and the sole started peeling I said well I spent 280 I need them then the stitching started going now my boots have fallen apart never have I seen this before on any good or cheap boot very dissatisfied and the fact my return window is closed when the warranty is still good is also great thanks danner.
