These are the real deal. Outstanding.

These are the absolute real deal. I own these and a pair of Danner Pronghorns. Worn both over hundreds of miles now in the Pacific Northwest, on trails, pavement, gravel/dirt, mud and forest. If you know what to expect, they are fantastic. These are genuine working boots, folks - expect them to be tough, not glove soft city boardroom leather. There was a break-in period of a few hikes but they are now very confortable. That said, they have a high heel AND a stiff sole - that’s what makes them great when you’re out in the trails. But they will be stiff and you’ll feel them on pavement. So just be sure this is what you want. Walked through several streams - they are waterproof. Extremely sharp-looking. I wear them to the office and get compliments all the time.Basically, if you’re looking for an actual logging boot that’ll take whatever you want to throw at it - and not something that looks good but is fundamentally for office work - these proved awesome for me.

Great Booth

My husband is so rough on shoes and always complained of wet feet. With these shoes he has not complained of wet feet one time. He has had these shoes for a couple of months already. He says they are comfortable and a great work boot for out on the farm.

Good boots

These boots are great for the price. You’ll want to buy soft soles for them, and it will take some days to break them in. Also make sure you oil them up a few times before they get wet or they won’t last as long.

and only got more comfortable, and they were really comfortable out of the ...

5, yes , 5 stars. This is my 3rd pair of Danner boots, two sets of Hikers (Vicious style) which I have worn and worn and worn in all weather and they never gave up , or gave out, and only got more comfortable, and they were really comfortable out of the box. I wear a 2E because of previous calous problems on my feet from ill-fitting shoes in the past, with Danner I've never had the issue re-occur. I decided to get the loggers for motorcycle riding, I figured since they were a different style from the Danner hiking boots, they may not be the same. However, Danner did not disapoint, these loggers are as comfortable, including up around the ankles, nice and firm fit but flexible wear it counts. Easy to walk in, great to ride in for any motorcyclists considering them. And sharp, lot's of compliments.....and for those who might be shopping price, this price is a bargain right now.

Very expensive, don’t last.

After 6 months, these boots are shot. They were leaking after 3 months. My husband is an operator, so he really just walks around in dirt, nothing major. We thought maybe if we spent more money we’d get more life out of the boots. Nope. Heels are coming off, leather started cracking not long after we got them.

Great boots

These boots are very comfortable right out of the box. The leather felt very soft and I honestly didn't think they'd hold up on a job site but they have surprised me even though the leather is soft it's still tough. No rips or tears from use so far I've been using them for a bout a month now and they look almost new. I did put in toe savers but I think they'd still hold up with out them. They are much more durable than redwings in my opinion. Would definitely buy another pair of these.
