This package contains a single pair of foot undies, which are thin, sock-like covers made of a stretchy mesh material and designed to fit snugly over the entire foot, resembling a minimalist shoe. I have only been using this item for one week during my modern dance practice sessions to protect my feet while maintaining barefoot mobility.
