These are fabulous! I needed them for belly dancing because I am just learning and my feet are not conditioned for being on my toes so much. These are perfect for protecting the balls of my feet. I wear a size 6.5 shoe and I got a medium...they fit perfectly.
The half soles run small. My daughter who wears a size 3 had a difficult time with the mediums. I ordered the large for myself and I wear a size 7... they were very tight.
