I use these as home slippers. They are amazingly comfortable, but also firm, which is exactly what I needed and have helped me so much to deal with my plantar fasciitis. These will be my go to slippers from now on. Highly recommend!
I literally wear these every single day now.As a longtime Dansko lover from my years working as an inpatient nurse I was thrilled to try these and I am absolutely impressed. They are superb for running around town or walking in my neighborhood. They slip on and off effortlessly but stay secure when I’m going from place to place. They are warm without being bulky, making them perfect for cooler days out. The suede outside is a nice neutral color and they are easy to spot clean. They have a good amount of cushion for comfort while still being supportive.Dansko is a high quality brand and they continue that reputation here.The fit is true to EU sizing and other Dansko shoes, so I didn’t have to worry about weird sizing conversions or uncomfortable fits. The materials feel high quality and the finish is clean and polished, which suits both casual errands and a slightly dressier look. Considering how well they perform they offer excellent value.
I was very disappointed in this shoe. I love Dansko, but this shoe did not give the usual foot bed and arch support I'm familiar with when it comes to Dansko quality. I would not recommend this particular shoe.
Size up!!!! These run very small. I ordered the 10.5-11 and these fit like a 9.5.They are comfortable and have wonderful support. They seem well made and great quality. They have nice tread. Very casual style. While they are very nice, the price point is quite high.
These Dansko backless sneakers are everything I was hoping for! They’re incredibly comfortable and very well made. The inner soles are leather with a supportive arch and extra padding at the heels, so they feel great even after wearing them all day. The uppers are genuine suede, which not only looks rich but also makes them versatile enough to wear through Fall and even into winter when paired with socks. They also come already protected with Scotchguard!They fit true to size and have quickly become my go-to shoe. While the tread isn’t super deep and I wondered if they might be slippery on wet surfaces, I haven’t had any issues—even after wearing them daily since I got them.These sneakers look fantastic with leggings, jeans, or skirts, and the design strikes the perfect balance between casual and polished. Overall, they’re high-quality, comfortable, and a real treat to wear. Absolutely LOVE them!
First off, if you have wide feet you'll want to go up half a size or so. I anticipated this in advance and went with a 7.5-8 instead of my normal size 7. I'm so glad I did that because they are a perfect fit and allow for a little wiggle room for socks if I need them. There's a bit of stiffness to the cushioning but that will totally break in over time as it forms to the shape of my feet. These shoes are very well made - hence the hefty price tag - and you can tell it's quality materials they used. The stitching is clean, no glue or other construction materials are visible and they just *feel* durable. Bonus points: coated in scotchgard and come with removeable (replaceable) insoles. As long as the shoe stays in good condition in the long run, the insoles can be swapped as they wear down or your needs change. I find Dansko's in general to be a quality shoe that won't start falling apart after a few months of daily wear, I'm confident these won't be an exception.TLDR: Worth it. Durable, comfortable and supportive.
I ordered these for my wife, and she said that she has never had shoes like this! This brand is incredible. The shoes are really good quality, very comfortable, and have been a great early morning/late evening slip-on for walking around the house. The shoes feel cozy even without socks. The suede is a cool look, and the furry lip just looks and feels warm and cozy. My wife has been skeptical about the open heel design because she thought they would easily slip off, but these have been great. They stay put, and feel comfortable while doing so. They also fit perfectly, which is always a plus. All around, she has no complaints. Would definitely recommend!
