So cute and so comfortable
I'm a life-long wearer of clogs but I've always resisted the non-wooden foot beds. But OMG I guess I've been depriving myself of comfort and arch support for way too long. These shoes are lovely and so comfortable. As I'm now in my 60's I also appreciate the backstrap to keep my foot in place (I have "fallen off" clogs without a back strap). I got the smooth brown leather color and they are perfect with dresses and jeans and anything in between. Barefoot, socks, or leggings too. Expensive for sure but it's worth it to get what you like that will last instead of "fast fashion" cheapie shoes.

Steady Heel with Easy Style
I am late in discovering the brand Dansko. Now, I have several pair of their shoes and I love-love-love this company. I have this shoe in both black and brown. I picked them up in my regular size 8, and they fit just right with no weird tightness or pinching. When I first slipped them on, I did not feel much of anything, and that was the best part. No break-in needed, no hot spots, no pressure. Just easy comfort from the start.I wore them out to lunch with friends, then stayed standing and talking for about an hour just to test how they would hold up. My feet felt fine the whole time. The arch support is moderate, and the heel is incredibly steady. I thought the design might make my feet warm, but nope. My feet did not sweat, even though the style looks like it could trap heat. So they are breathable like the product claims.The materials feel solid. The leather is flexible (not stiff), and I like knowing they are treated to resist stains. I have not seen any scuffs show up yet, and I’ve worn them a handful of times. Cleaning is easy, just wipe them down with a damp cloth.

Looks great, not good for wide feet
I adored these and was very excited to get them. As per all my Dansko I got a size 37, which was the right size in the footbed length. They were comfortable underfoot and the strap easily buckled into place. Unfortunately the toe part was too tight at the vamp, so my feet (which are fine in Dansko's medium width clogs) were bulging a bit in the space between the vamp and the instep strap. I returned them with a sigh of sadness. If they came in ivory or a very pale, icy pastel, I might try again.

I bought these in July ‘24 and set them aside for fall.As of 11/7/24 I’ve worn them for less than 2 months and THEY HAVE COME APART!!! :(Having owned several pair of this style of shoe over the years, I can confidently say that the craftsmanship just isn’t the same anymore.Overall, these are dynamite shoes - extra cushioning in the footbed, comfortable enough to wear all day, soft enough to mold to your foot without over stretching; it sure would have been nice if the shoe could have stayed together so I could enjoy these longer :(

Very cute/well-made, but gave my feet sores
I adore Dansko and bought these on sale. However, these missed the mark for me. The wide strap that goes over the forefoot rubbed the skin all day long and by the time I got home, I had sores on both feet. I don't have chubby feet or anything like that. I am standing / walking around all day and rarely sit Sadly, I cannot wear or return these at this point. Beware, if you do buy these, wear them around the house so they don't get dirty and make sure you don't feel like they are digging into the top of your foot.
