Perfect for bad backs and work.
My mother has a bad back and these shoes help her get around easier. Especially when she works. My mother works in a kitchen that caters to weddings on the weekends. This requires her to stand on hard floors and walk around for many hours. These shoes make it so much easier for her to get around. Sure she still comes home with a sore back and with sore feet but these shoes help her so much. Without them she would probably be unable to get around after a long weekend. These shoes are high quality and long lasting. They fit just the way they should have and have a comfortable arch. They make take some getting used to, as my mother said but once you do, they're amazing shoes. Worth the money and that's the most important thing. (To me.)

Tight on the top of my foot.
Bought a size up from what the sizing guide told me and they are very tight on the cuff over the top of my foot. My feet go numb after about 20 minutes. Tried the next size up and they r too loose. I owned a pair a few years ago and the fit is different now. Not sure what changed but disappointed.

Best shoes ever!
I wish I hadn't waited so long to get these! My two hour pill window no longer kills my feet and back, so I'm able to last the other half of my shift and not be in extreme pain when I get home.I got a size larger than normal, so the band across the top of my foot is snug, but the toe box has plenty of room to move my toes. Again, these are the most comfortable shoes I've gotten as a nurse so I'm looking forward to buying a second pair.

a little tight.
Good shoes though they are not as I expected. They feel tight on my feet but I dont really know if they are too small. My toes don't touch the front but they definitely are tight. My regular shoe size is 12 and I got the 11.5 - 12 size.

Postural correction an unexpected PLUS
If you need to spend long hours standing with minimal walking you need these desperately. I understand these shoes are used by Medical Professionals, Chefs, etc. Hair stylists/Barbers would do well with this types of shoe as well. These are Clogs that slip on/off with /without socks. Wide back that allows this function interferes with normal walking stride if you need to do a lot of walking. Not recommended for waiter/ waitress., for example. However Dansko has other styles that will be more suitable for high activity walking.As a Health Care Professional that specializes in Orthopedics I wish I had the foresight to have developed such a shoes for postural correction myself. The whole structure of the body aligns perfectly greatly reducing fatigue. I'm so impressed with this product I can't shut up.
