The arch support in these shoes is great. I would highly recommend buying them. Comfortable which I needed when I started recovering from an ankle fracture. I love them so much I may buy a second pair. I’ve had this pair for about 6 months and they wear well and are great since I’ve started daily walking again. I definitely recommend buying them
I was due for new sneakers and bought these on a whim without much shopping around. The day after they arrived I went to a theme park there I walked around all day. The shoes were super comfortable, easy to put on, and did not bother my feet at all even though they were new.I love the shoes! They fit great, look cool, seem to be very well-made, and we’re easy on my knees.
I am a sufferer of plantar fasciitis and a bone heel spur. I was looking for a sturdy, but cushiony shoe. Podiatrist said it shouldn't bend. I saw these in a shoe store, but they didn't have my size to try. They didn't bend, so I ordered them. The size was right, but not the shape of the shoe. I have wide toes and narrow heels. Also the side of one shoe knocked into my ankle bone. They are very stiff shoes with no real softness or cushion to the insole. I wore them around the house for a while, but decided to send them back. I do like the way they look and Dansko is a good shoe and might work for some. I ordered a pair from Orthofeet, and while they bend a bit they are very comfy with a number of inserts to customize your support needs. The return process was simple, and I did receive my full refund, for which I am thankful. It's difficult to buy shoes online without trying them on first.
I first got these shoes for a hiking trip in Moab. Lightweight, supportive, comfortable and cool! I’ve since bought two more pair, and hope they never change the style. This is the best walking shoe I’ve ever had.
This is my second pair of Dansko Penni walking shoes. They are incredibly comfortable for extensive walking when traveling as well as my daily 4 mile walk. I have suffered with aching arches for many years and these are the sneaker style shoes that fit my high arch and do not cause pain. I love the stretch laces and toggle that allow me to slip them on and off.
This is a good looking sneaker ! It is made with quality material, sturdy and comes in beautiful colors. It gives your foot a little bit of a lift and it is extremely comfortable! It slips on with no shoelaces. The $149.00 cost is on the high side, but you won’t be sorry!
These shoes seem very supportive but there is something sharp under the right big toe! I thought the first pair was a one off but nope same issue. How can such expensive sneakers have this problem? Dansko is really going downhill in quality !
