Read If Fit Is Too Tight
It’s my first time with this shoe, but I have worn Dansko for years. I bought these as a replacement for my favorite Earth Mary Jane walking shoes that no longer exist.I bought my regular size, 39; I’m 9 in US size. These were so comfortable right out of the box that I wore them on a day I’d wind up walking 6 miles. They were great at first, but eventually it became obvious the toe box is too narrow for comfort and my pinched in baby toes were screaming in pain.The next day I removed the insoles. They’re very thick! I replaced them with a lower profile Dr Scholls insole that also has arch support. Problem solved! My foot sits probably 1/3” lower in the shoe now and my toes have all of the room they need. I’ve put some serious mileage on them since and they’re perfect.The insole comes out. A different insole can change the fit entirely. I feel like I went up a 1/2 size by changing the insole.Very good looking shoes that go with my normal outfits and also athletic wear. The style makes my legs look good in shorts. They have good balance, they’re lightweight, and have a very grippy Vibram sole for hiking. You’re not slipping in these shoes.Some complain about the shoes squeaking. They squeaked on hard floors for about two days and now they don’t. I did put about 15 outdoor miles on them before the squeaking stopped. Nice and quiet now; suitable for a ninja.Dansko, please keep making these, and develop more hike worthy shoes that look good. I’ve loved your clogs, but these are a new favorite.

Top Notch
I've been wearing these shoes ever since they arrived. Fit and comfort is good with a wide toe box and simple strap. They are amazingly great for all day wear whether around town or on a relatively smooth trail. Not good fit
I kept these shoes. Comfort was lacking. I thought that after I put in heel grips, they would be okay. By then, I had worn them outside, and it was too late to return. The shoes are nice looking, but I felt like I was going to be launched into air with every step I took. I also used a different insole, but it was of little help. Fit is odd for a Dansko shoe.

Great, versatile style for comfort when traveling.
I wanted some shoes that would look nice enough I could wear them with slightly dressier outfits when we travel, but that would also work well for long days of walking. These are perfect. While they may not work for everyone, Dansko shoes are the best I've bought for my feet. I need a big toe box and good arch support for plantar fasciitis. I started wearing them 2 weeks before a trip thinking they might need breaking in, but they were comfortable from the moment I put them on.

I wanted to love this shoe, but…
As a faithful Dansko girl, I wore the professional clogs every day - lived in them as they are the most comfortable shoe for my medically flat feet that I’ve ever worn. But I injured a nerve and twisted my ankle too many times in them so I had to let them go. I switched to the Fawna and then to this Primrose thinking these would feel more like a sneaker. The width and the support is great, nothing like the clog, but the foot bed is firm and the support is all over the foot versus the Fawna which has a more tapered, narrow sole. I don’t know if it’s the sole of this shoe or the foot bed with these - it’s firm but there’s just too much buoyancy. Been breaking them in for the last three days and my legs and feet are tingling and sore & my back is starting to ache. So it’s time to give up on these. It’s a shame because I think it would probably be a decent shoe for someone with normal feet but they just didn’t work for me. Back to the Fawnas until I can find something to replace the clogs that wont injure my feet.

LOVE IN A SHOE
I absolutely love Dansko's Patti Clogs. They are my everyday comfort, mostly in winter months replacing sneakers. I have the three colors they come in but my black ones (the oldest pair) are showing signs of wear and tear inside the heel area after 3 years. These were purchased to replace them. I fell in love with PRIMROSE the moment I took them out of the box and tried them on. My feet feel lifted up and supported due to the awesome thick cushioning, the toe box feels just right, the strap is adjustable and they are definitely made for walking! The thick Vibram sole and waterproofing are proof of that. Primrose can be worn with slacks, dresses/skirts, wide-leg pants; not all clogs can pull that off. Just one thing - with this perfect fit I feel no room for socks -this most likely will adjust itself after a break in period or feel differently to others. Worth the money? Yes, but a sale price would entice me to order another color!!
