This Dansko shoe fits perfectly and offers supreme comfort with memory foam! True to size and great price on the lavender one I purchased! I love it so much I purchased the same shoe without a back for summer slippers! The same great Dansko arch support and straps work well for my wider forefoot and narrow heels. A great find!
Love this shoe. Lilac is pretty. Most comfortable sandal I have ever had and I have nerve damage and plantar fasciitis. Also my feet are slim so I can adjust easily to fit.
These sandals are so incredibly comfortable! I have planters fasciitis in my left foot, and it had been bothering me since summer began. I knew I needed something more supportive. These sandals are perfect! There is arch support, and the thick base also keeps the morton neuromas in my feet from becoming aggravated. The plastic part near the toes has a soft padded lining so it doesn't rub or sit on the foot. I've never been able to wear sandals like these before because that piece always caused my feet pain. Not these sandals! I really cannot say enough just how comfortable and supportive they are. The only complaint I do have is that the color really isn't accurate. These are definitely gray, not black.
Have bought them several times and loved them. Repair I bought last the back straps were not a great adjust at all. When adjusted to proper fit strap overlapped by more then an inch and got caught on clothing . Definitely not the same
I purchased these shoes in April, wore them often over the summer, and already had the same shoe break twice. The first time I paid to have it repaired at a local shoe cobbler. A few days later it broke in a second place. I contacted Dansko about this product issue. They finally agreed to replace the shoes, but at that point there were no more sandals on their website. I had to choose another pair, not knowing if they will fit, and have to pay to return the broken pair before they will send the new pair. Poor customer service over their defective product. For the price I expected much better quality.
I really love this shoe, except it's NOT BLACK. It's grey -- I cannot wear grey. It makes me feel tired and depressed (nice color, just can't wear it). I read another Amazon review of a different Dansko sandal where the person was also complaining that the shoe is *not black* and therefore didn't go with her black pants.The comfort of this shoe is pretty decent, but there's one big flaw: in the heel area, Dansko has a raised cushion with the Dansko logo, and it almost seems 3D-printed or maybe injection-molded, because there are little bumps that stick up around the letters and poke into your heel. If you have a Dremel you could probably remove them, but why should you have to?The straps are adjustable enough even for my D-width feet, which is a plus. These would probably also fit people with narrower feet as well since they're adjustable. The cushioning feels good and the arch is supportive without being too aggressive on my low flexible arch. If you have very high arches, these might not come up high enough for you, but if you have a medium or low arch, these should work well.I really like the styling of this sandal and I hope Dansko releases it in more colors besides grey, faded rose, and faded green (sage). Not everyone can wear faded/washed out colors; some of us want true black.
