Very nice dance shoe with slip resistant bottom . The color is true to the description . They are true to size and length and very lightweight . They make the perfect shoe for anyone in ballet or dance. They might even work for a cute slipper. I highly recommend. This is a quality brand.
Bought these for my 12 year old son after trying to find a shoe that fit his wide foot. These fit perfectly, they are the perfect style for a male ballet dancer, materials seem high quality, and functions well for foot support while dancing.
I followed the size chart for foot length and got rounded up to closest size. I'm gonna use it ballet class.However, I'm not very satisfied with this. Despite the fit being perfect basically, the sole pads on the bottom seem WRONG.Like the pad on the heel, is too far forward so it's not actually underneath my heel, and I feel it when I stand flat footed. It's not comfortable/uncomfortable, it feels wrong.And then the Paw pad for the ball of my feet is the worst, because it doesn't go far enough forward. Also, the bunched up canvas wasn't cut well underneath the pad, there's too much excess. It feels like I have a rock in my shoe basically.When doing relevé exercises, I have all my weight on my feet, so having this weird uneven bunch of fabric and the bad placement of the pads is really annoying.4/5 because the price and fit is good. I need ballet shoes so I don't really care enough to return it. Hopefully wearing the shoes will flatten out shoe.
I’m normally a size 8.5 and 9 but it seems I need a 9.5 for this shoe. The 9 fits but it’s too tight on my toes and when dancing you definitely need comfortable shoes to prevent damage and pain obviously. They’re so cute too!Stitching is strong with no tears or loose threading.
I bought these and they arrived the next day. So shipping was quick, especially with the holidays. I got the split bottom. Leather shoe. I’ve been a ballerina for 39 years since I started at 2, and these are no less comfy than any of my expensive ballet shoes. Fit is perfect, I’m a true size 8 for reference, and I ordered 8. I danced around in them and they have perfect grip and allow for flawless movement. Definitely recommend. Plus they cost hardly anything. Get them!
I am usually a 7.5 and after reading very mixed reviews about sizing I got a 7.5 in these shoes, they were way to big for me and I ended up sizing down to a 6 which fit much better but were still big. I had to tie the elastic band so tight to keep them on my feet that it dug into my ankle. These are good for a beginner but not if you are serious about ballet.
Good shoes especially for the price, I have a pretty picky dancer who doesn't like things that rub or chaff her skin even a little bit and they got her stamp of approval. Will buy them again when we eventually need more
