True to size. Good durable quality. 7th grade Son loves them.
Definitely built with better quality than vans. I personally like vans for myself but my 12 year old son will legitimately wear holes and tears all the way through them in 3 weeks. It was becoming way too costly buying him shoes that often and his feet were always hurting. I waited to write this review until he has been wearing these for over a month… and I got to say they have held up amazingly! They actually still look new, my son loves the style, he says they are super comfortable. You really can’t beat the price either, at least not for a brand name shoe!As far as sizing they were true to size. His feet are growing quickly at this age and he’s in between a 9 and 9.5, so I went with the 9.5. He also has flat and wide feet causing a lot of shoes to be uncomfortable. No complaints w these. He has told me several times “I really like these shoes mom” which if you know 7th grade boys then you know they’re not always ones to throw information at mom.
