Happy with my purchase, keeps my feet warm.
This sounded great, and it fit great, and it felt great. The idea of slippers with outdoors-capable soles sounded quite clever. What could go wrong? Well, it turns out that the seal between the sole and the slipper part is weak. After a month or two of light, almost-all-indoors use, the soles are separating from the rest of the slipper. It's too bad, because I really liked the concept. If they're doin ga rework, I would also suggest a little more grippy of a rubber on the soles, too - it doesn't grip nearly as well on tile or imitation wood floors, as either 'real' shoe soles or more conventional flat-bottom slippers. All in all, these are a neat concept but not durable enough to be worth buying AND they're outright dangerous to older people. I haven't slipped wearing these, but I've come close a few times, and if I were someone in my 60s or 70s I might not have been able to react in time. So, to the manufacturer... take these back to the drawing board, make a few changes (mostly to the soles) and re-launch. You've got some great concepts, but this is a beta product, and shouldn't have been deemed production-ready.
Great slippers! Use them to go in and out of the house as they have a nice, durable, waterproof sole. Memory foam inside provides great support and they are very warm!
This may be a one-off problem, but the seam on the inside of the right boot was pressing against the bottom of my heal. the problem has receded with wear (about 30 hours of use), but I can still feel the seam. More of an annoyance than a major problem. Also, the boots aren't really slip on, because the backs aren't stiff enough or don't curve back far enough. This may be less of a problem as they become more broken in, but currently I have to pull the backs over my heels to get them on.Otherwise very warm and comfortable. I'm glad they use fake Sherpa fur instead of the real thing! I'd have given them 4.5 if it was possible.
Nice and warm and comfortable for in home use
Sole wore through after only 8 days of my husband wearing them!Description shows "rubber" sole.. It has aFabric bottom that had thin layer of rubber underneath the fabric. He wore them to get mail & they busted on bottom on day 8.Junk. Cannot return if worn. Waste of money!!Dearfoams are normally decent. Not these!!
Sizes right at 9-10, too small for a 10.Insides are starting to tear... I've only had these a few months.Used to be a good brand. Must be China now...
