Wore these all Christmas season. They are warm and comfortable, and I received lots of compliments from my children. They are true to size. I have bunions, and I could wear these all day. I'll probably wear them till it gets warmer here since Rudolf is my favorite character. As a orchestra conductor recently told an audience I was in, "We're all Rudolf."
These slippers are so cute, warm and comfortable. I don't think you have to size up as others have said they seem to fit true to size. I ordered a size up and they are a little big, but they don't fall offI was able to put my orthotics in the bottom for extra support

Most of you probably aren't confused by the sizing guide, but this is for the people who were like me and not sure which ones to pick. I realize that they give you "Women's x/x, Men's x/x" for each one, but along with the heel-to-toe measurements, I guess I just wasn't sure which one I was supposed to pick. In addition, another comment said they wear women's size 12 and the 13/14 was slightly too tight.I wear women's 11/12 (depending on the brand, but usually it's more like 12), so I decided to get the Women's 15/16.I'm here to reaffirm that yes, their labels ARE going by US shoe sizes. That said, because of the way these are made, I'd still size up. I could have probably gone for the 13/14 pair (because as these wear out, I think they'll get looser). If you were to measure my foot against the outside sole, I DEFINITELY went too large. And yet they stay on my feet perfectly and feel really nice. They have so much stuffing in them that they feel smaller on the inside than they actually are. So if I'd gotten the 11/12, I actually think they'd have felt too small. Again, that might change after they've been worn for awhile, but as of right now I still think you should size up, especially if you have wider feet!No complaints about these slippers otherwise, though. These count as the first pair of slippers I've ever had (I'm 44! I've always wanted cozy slippers, but could never justify buying them til now), and they're every bit as soft and comfy as I imagined they'd be! And I love that the sole is rubber and grippy, so that I won't go flying any time I decide to walk into the kitchen.

These slippers are absolutely adorable and are of good quality. They did burn the feet though? Itchy and Burny most likely chemicals. I have washed them by hand and soaked them really good and now they are drying hopefully that will take care of the problem. Just be mindful if you are sensitive to things I would say there is some offgassing in these. I would buy them again because it seems it’s not a problem on here for most people. I think I found one review on here from someone who had the same problem with the severe itching it’s the chemicals.
