Soft and BRIGHT!

Super soft and comfy. I got an 8, which is what I usually wear in an athletic sneaker (my typical shoe size is 7.5) They take a little getting used to because the sole is not very flexible. I’m attaching photos of them mostly to show the color…they are really a bright, almost neon, green, or chartreuse. There are currently no photos of this color, so buyer beware, they are as bright as shown in the description, if not even more so. I was hoping they’d be toned down a bit. I’m still happy with my purchase. Not too hot for summer mornings in NoCal, and maybe not warm enough for winter. Beautifully made, just like other Fireside natural fiber slippers I’ve purchased in the past.UPDATE: I’ve decided to exchange these for the basic slip on version from Dearfoam, which is the style I’ve always worn. I can tell that my feet are going to slip forward once the shearling begins to tamp down more.

Durability, comfort, stylish

I’m a slipper girl through and through when I’m home because I’m constantly on my feet throughout the week. An issue I run into is that I live in FL, where it’s always hot and feels like a swamp. I tend to look for sandal-style slippers to keep myself cool during the seasons. Dearfoam is awesome, my mom wears another type of pair too. These have a sturdy bottom, they’re comfortable, and they aren’t too hot especially with how fluffy they are. I freaking love the color- and they can be used as outdoor slippers too (in moderation im sure). Love them

SO comfy!

Love these slippers! My most favorite out of all other brands I've tried, (& I've tried a LOT). The flatform lug sole provides extra support and comfort, and is great for outdoors, trips to mailbox or backyard, etc. Ive even worn them in the car for curbside pickup errands. The fluff is extra fluffy, plush, and warm. Ive been wearing these every day since they arrived & holding up great. I removed 1 star because the top strap on the right slipper is not filled like the other straps, the stuffing is missing. No one else can tell by looking at it, but I can tell because it's not as tight as the other straps, & by squeezing them, that strap is empty. It's not enough for me to return for an exchange though, because I love wearing them. And the color is beautiful! Eventide color is a pale lilac blue, gorgeous! I'll definitely will purchase these again when it's time to replace them. Or maybe I should get that extra pair now & keep them in my own closet back stock, in case this color isn't available in the future?Highly recommend, just check those straps upon 1st received to ensure you didn't get a defective pair like I did.

No Longer Made with 100% Shearling. Straps are Synthetic now!

BEWARE: NOT 100% SHEARLING!! I've bought these exact slippers before, and they were 100% shearling. This pair: only the footbed (inner sole) is shearling. The straps are faux fur. You can see the fabric, the fur is thin, it smells synthetic. I returned these. Such a pity, because Dearforms used to be amazing.
