So happy with these Dearfoam sneakers! They're comfortable with a soft footed that's also supportive. They slide on & off easily and are so lightweight (would be great for traveling/ packing in luggage!) The size 8 is true to size, thought I would caution - they run a bit narrow. I think they look great as a casual stylish sneaker and am very happy to have them.

Unlike other reviews I did not find that these run big, maybe a bit wide, but that's good for me. I wear a 9, bought a 9. They are a bit tight across the arch as I have high arches, I'm counting on them stretching a bit but otherwise a really comfy shoe.
These came in a professional looking shoe box with tags on them and stuffing inside the shoes to keep its shape. I got the pavement colored ones. They look just like the listing pictures of them. I would sday it's a medium blue gray color. They are nice looking. They are a super light weight. I love these kinds of shoes that you can easily slip on to your feet. There is absolutely no work involved in putting them on and they look stylish wearing them too. This is the first time however, that I had a shoe with such a low heel. I am not sure if I would like walking around in them like this or not. It might have been fine, but I won't be able to find out unfortunately because they are too big for me. I normally wear between an 8 1/2 and a 9. Lately 81/2 sizes have been too small, so I got me a 9. But this time the 9 is too big. Bigger than any size 9 shoe I had before so I think they may be running a littler big. So, if you are guessing what shoe size to get and you are in the middle like me, I would go with the smaller size. Especially, because the back of the shoe at the heel is a small area that needs to be able to hug your heel. So, they don't slip off as you walk. The bottom inside has a nice padding and it looks like they would have been comfortable shoes to wear if I had the right size. I recommend trying them. Just make sure you get the correct size.
If you are in between sizes, I would size down a size. These shoes are really comfortable in the foot bed but they run a little big. I usually wear a size 8 but these are more like a size 8 and a half. There is a lot of extra room at the toes for my toes to move around. No cramped up toes! I thought these were mule style shoes but they are not. There is a an approximately half an inch raised back on the heel of the shoe. The back of my foot rubs up against the back of the shoe a little since the shoes are a little big for my feet. I'm scared to wear them for an extended period of time as I will probably get a blister on the back of my feet. The material is nice and thick and the shoe has a good bit of structure. It's just that weird back part that is throwing me off. Guess I just need to get used to it. The color of the shoe is as pictured in the listing. The bottom of the shoe is a little slick so be careful when wearing these shoes on smooth surfaces. The shoe is lightweight and not heavy even though it looks like it would be a heavy shoe. Dearforms is a great brand and they stayed true to the quality you come to expect from them. I like that these shoes are machine washable. Overall a nice casual shoe. Just size down for a better fit with the odd backing.
These are cute, and I think they would be pretty comfortable, if they fit. I normally wear a 9 to a 9.5, and got the 9. They are so huge, they won't even stay on my feet with thick socks on. I thought about trying to put a piece of cotton or wool in the toe, to see if I could make them work, but they are really too big even for that. I also noticed, while wearing them on my tile and hardwood flooring, that the bottoms of the shoes are ridiculously slick. I could literally skate around in them. If I were able to wear them, I would have to take them out and try to rough the soles up, just so I wouldn't have to worry about slipping or falling in them. They are made from a breathable mesh, and are pretty cushy, which would be nice for comfortable, casual wear. There is little to no arch support. Perhaps adding an arched insole might help these fit some people better. For me, however, they just don't work at all, so I gave them 3 stars.
I got these for wearing inside the house. I've been trying to wear slippers but I tend to step out of them and have almost fallen a few times. Saw these and thought I could try them. They are really nice. I haven't stepped out of them and they really support my feet. They actually make me feel safer walking in the house. Dearfoams are usually good quality. I've had several slippers from them. The only thing that was a bit of an issue at first is the bottoms were a bit slippery. Since I'm not going to wear them outside, they won't get "scuffed". I'm sure wearing them longer will fix that issue. They fit really well. I got an 8 because I usually wear a 7.5. They just a touch large but not so much that I feel them slipping. Great shoes!
