Great boot for the price.
These are really nice boots, they are durable. My child says they hurt around the back of the leg and she has to wear them kinda loose. They really don't have any support but seem comfy on the inside. Sole of the shoe is thick and has really good grip. She wears them on the back of a motorcycle and foot stays on the pegs. They are not waterproof as they say but, maybe more like water resistant. Laces are a good size, not too long or to short (that can be an issue with kids boots sometimes). They are easy to clean and don't seem to scratch easily. Gave it 5 stars even with the comfort issue on legs and not being waterproof. Overall, it's a great boot for the price.

Great boots for an excellent price
I've got two boys who wanted boots "Like Daddies", and these fit the bill perfectly. They gave the boys the look they wanted, and the features that I wanted. They are insulated with thinsulate, and water proof (perfect snowy/wet days!). The one thing I'm not loving about them, is that after about a month solid use, the strings are already starting to fray, so pick a pack of those up and you'll be set! We got a pair of the standard "wheat" color, and a pair of the dark brown, and of the two, I prefer the look of the dark brown ones. Cosmetically they look cleaner longer, and that's always a plus where little boys are involved.

Solid, but stiff
Bought these for my 5 year old. these are great, heavy work boots for splashing in puddles, working with daddy in the garage, or hiking. They are pretty stiff on the heel, though. He is unable to put them on or take them off himself and it requires a lot of shoving to get his foot in. With time and use, I expect they will give some, but after a couple of months of infrequent use, they are still pretty stiff. Would be great for kids who like to take their shoes off when you don't want them to!

These boots are great. I bought a pair for both of my sons. We are farmers and they wanted boots like Dad's, instead of rubber boots. I had looked at all the major farm supply stores and they either didn't have the small kids size or they were more expensive.The stitching is quality and the boot is well made. There is padding on the back so the boots will not rub on the ankles. My sons like to wear them without socks and they haven't complained about rubbing anywhere. My sons wear a 1 or 2 in kid shoe size. One of my sons has wide feet. I bought a 1.5 for both of them and they fit great with a little growing room to spare.I have a feeling we will grow out of these long before they wear out.

Perfect fit
Purchased these boots to coordinate with my son's military costume for his presentation. He loves the fit so much that he wears them in cold, snowy, and rainy weather. The boots keep his feet and ankles snug, warm, and dry. I would love to see these boot made with leather.
