Absolutely love these huarache sandals!
I bought the Deer Stags Men's Bamboo 2 Brown Multi Leather 9.5 M US last year and decided to get the black version this year to round out my wardrobe. The first thing I did after receiving them —but before actually wearing either version— was to take them to a nearby shoe repairman to have plastic (nylon?) heel plates put on the heels to keep the heels themselves from wearing out too quickly. Also, that way, I only need to replace just the heel plates when they wear out, saving the heel altogether. Granted, they're not made from the finest leather around, but they are very comfortable and, I think, stylish. Plus, I hate sandals where your toes show. The leather softens up after you've been wearing them a while, especially if you polish them periodically with neutral creme leather polish (not wax) when they get dull looking.Update: I bought my first pair of Deer Stags back in August 2019. They've held up to my constantly wearing them during the spring & summer months —generally March to mid-September where I live. In late July 2021, the elastic in the adjustable strap broke on the right sandal of my multi-leather pair. Although the soles and heels still had a lot of wear left on them, I went ahead and ordered a new pair on Amazon. Surprisingly, they were out of stock and weren't expected until sometime in late September 2021. I was disappointed that it was going to take so long to get the new pair so I took the broken pair to the nearby shoe repair and they fixed the strap no problem. As soon as they were repaired, I got an e-mail from Amazon telling me that the new pair I had ordered had been shipped! I received them a couple of days later, took them to the same shoe repair to have plastic heel plates put on them before I ever wore them (as I explained in my original review, above). Now I have my "daily" Deer Stags and my "dress" Deer Stags in multi-brown leather. These are great sandals and I get a lot of compliments on them from time to time and I highly recommend them.

Ordered a 10.5 wide my foot is 11" and wide. Had to return these. 11.5 wide fit perfectly. Comfortable and nice looking. Will post a review on the 11.5 just to negate this review. They are very nice just need the right size.

Wide is not very wide
I have a very wide foot and these are the only Huarache I've come across that are available in a wide width. That said, they would fit me better if they were wider still. I'm hoping that given the woven leather construction they will stretch out given some time. I may oil them a bit to soften up the leather. I ordered a half size down since everyone says they run large. I could have gone a full size down but glad that I didn't given they are a bit too narrow for me.They look very nice but there is no insole cushioning and zero arch support. They do seem to have a decent sole and are thankfully NOT the traditional piece of tire tread.I tried a different brand last year and had to send them back because they were far to narrow. These are the widest I've found and I think they will be a keeper.Edit: After wearing these for about 3 weeks they have stretched enough to be quite comfortable. At first I could only wear them for a few hours but now I can wear them all day. They are still intact and I think they will give good service. I like that they are cool and casual but one could wear them to a decent restaurant should dining out ever become available again.

Very comfortable, Great for Vacation, Not the best QC
Wore these on vacation to Cozumel and they were very very comfortable, they however came with a couple blemishes on the back heel but that was fixed after ordering another. Also the first one I ordered came in a box the second came in a bag. Those don’t change that fact that these shoes were more comfortable than my sneakers while walking around an entire island. Quality is very nice and a plus they were also slip resistant. I’d definitely recommend this product.
