Meet my demands and then some.
I place a lot of demands on my slippers but these Dickie’s brand slippers check all my boxes in terms of comfort, durability, and warmth. I ordered them in the same size as my shoes and I’m pleased that they fit true to size including 2X width. They are listed as indoor outdoor, so they have a reasonable robust outsole and are washable. I feel confident while wearing them outside in my back yard with no concerns I may step on something that could harm my foot. I even wore them for a few minutes in the rain and was impressed that they remained dry and warm even though the outside was visibly wet. I usually wear socks with my slippers, and these accommodate my sock clad feet with no comprise in comfort. Described as closed back, I was concerned when I received them because the closed back appears short or half the height of traditional closed back slippers. My concerns were not necessary as I’ve been wearing them for over a week and have not noticed the shorter height of the back. The one thing they lack is any kind of arch support. Fortunately, the slippers have a large toe box that allows enough room for adding an orthotic that does have an arch support. Although Dickie’s brand does come at a premium price, I have not regrated this or any other Dickie’s brand purchase I’ve made.

Perfect give for the man in your life
Bought these for my father in law for Christmas and he absolutely loves them!! He says they are super comfortable, easy to slip on and definitely high quality compared to most other slippers. They are slightly heavier then most but that’s due to the rubber soles on the bottom, but that’s helps with not slipping so it’s perfect for around the house if you have smooth floors. They look just like the pictures.

Comfortable slippers with EVA soles, making them safer to use on LVP flooring
These Dickies brand men's slippers are very comfortable. But the thing that really caught my attention was a quality factor: these soles are made of EVA, NOT of rubber or polypropylene or other synthetic substances. I looked at dozens of men's slippers and could not find a pair, other than this model, whose soles are made of EVA.How is this related to the quality of these slippers? The manufacturer of my floors, which are made of luxury vinyl plank (LVP), indicates that EVA is the only product that is compatible with LVP. So, I can feel comfortable walking anywhere in my residence in these Dickies slippers and not having to be concerned that I might be damaging my new LVP floors.

Run small. Awkward heel fit. No support. Otherwise ok
Wanted to love these slippers because I have intense foot pain during the workweek and on weekends lately. Wanted to get a good fit and I like dickies workwear.These slippers run small. I wear an 11 1/2W shoe. These are standard width only. I tried anyways. They are a snug fit. Width and length. I have to pull the heel on. I opted for a shoe style instead of an open back. But I found that after about 6 hours, they were comfortable with the lining. But-There is no real arch support. The snug fit toe to heel actually irritated my heel because of the awkward rise of the heel. It’s about 1”. Not a slide-in, but not a shoe. The pressure irritates the middle of the heel. Feet stay warm and there is no air circulation. Our cold flooring on a slab gets cold and will keep your feet cold all day. This helps with that

Purchased twice. Lasted about nine months both times
Bought a second pair to the first original pair. Again, the second pair lasted me about 9 months before the sole started to break apart again. The rubber sole seemed to the a weak part of the slipper. Both purchases lasted approximately 9 months. Of every day use. Next purchase will be a different brand.
