The shoes are beautiful, but mine showed up used. The bottoms are scuffed /dented and whoever had them last put shoe inserts in and that’s what I received. The shoe itself is very nice. I could see how they could potentially be a bit uncomfortable without some type of insertand they do run a bit large. If they were brand new I think I would’ve loved them lol. I’m actually going to try and order another pair. Hopefully they will be brand new because these are nice looking boots.
