Perfect right out of the box
This is my second pair of Docs. My first pair was the 1B60 Virginia boots; they were the classic Dr Martens experience. The break in process was lengthy and sooooo awful, so I was nervous about getting another pair just to go through that again. These boots fot perfectly right out of the box. Bonus points for being vegan. They squeaked a bit at first, but a rubbing a dryer sheet on them fixed that. I'm actually excited to start growing my Doc collection again.

Vegan boots for the hardcore soul
Yes, they’re amazing. Yes, the fit perfectly (size 12 in Vans = size 12 in Docs). I feel better inside knowing I am not wearing animals. I feel better outside because they are comfy. I feel better generally because they just look awesome. You will have go through the Docs rite of passage and break them in, but that is to be excepted.

This is the first pair of Dr Martens I purchase. I'm a US size 12 and I have wide feet. The reviews stated that they're true to size and although this doesn't mean the reviews were wrong, I purchased a size 12 and they fit small particularly the left shoe that feels a lot smaller. I thought it was probably my foot but no, I measured both of my feet, both of them are the same size. I still tried to break them in to no avail: they hurt my pinky horribly and got blisters on my back heel. I contacted Dr Martens customer service and explained the situation and their suggestion was to order a half o full size up since they're unisex.

Havent owned a pair of Docs in over 20 years, but I've wanted these for a long while. These are my first vegan Docs and they fit, feel and look just like the original Docs did. They run true to size, but I'd say when in doubt, get the larger size and wear thicker sox for added comfort.

the same great style as always
these boots have never let me down, I have been using this brand for over 15 years, because of their style and versatility. This is the first time I have a 6 eyelet boots, I usually buy them with 8 eyelets, but I don't notice any difference, probably a little with the material as these are vegan and feel a little harder than regular leather.

The photo is after one year of use. These dr martens didn’t even last one year. My gf has vegan ones as well BUT she bought them in the actual store and they are far superior. The material is different, they feel softer not stiff and are still holding up great after 4 years!!! I know you all wanna save but there is something wrong with these boots, do not waste your money. Buy them in store

Just like none vegan docs, they’re sturdy and hard to break in! They are true to size for me but if you are unsure check a store that has other types of docs and get your true size before ordering!
