Beautiful!
I had been eyeing these sandals for a while and got them on sale. I had read a looot of reviews and most if not all of them said that these sandals run big; even on the dr. martens site it said, these sandals run big so after measuring my feet and comparing it to the measurements provided, I ordered a 6 (I'm a size 7, 7.5). First impression: WOW! These are beautiful! The higher platform makes it much more attractive than the regular blaire sandals. Sadly, they were too short (lengthwise) for my taste. I think there was about 1-2cm of the back of my feet outside the border of the sandal and I just hate that. Nevertheless, they were incredibly comfortable during the 5 minutes that I had them on. I dunno how they would wear since Docs have the unwavering reputation of killing your feet until they get molded to your body. 😂 Ultimately, I returned them and ordered the 7. I am now waiting for those to arrive and will update once they arrive. 😜UPDATE:I received the size 7 today and they fit perfect! They feel heavy like all Docs feel but overall I find them really comfortable. I love them. They look so cute! I am not a sandal person whatsoever but I decided to get out of my comfort zone with these. I’ve seen some reviews about bad bad blisters and I have suffered a quite amount of them with the boots I own so I will be taking some precautions when wearing them.UPDATE #2I’ve had these for about a month now and have worn them several times. They are very comfortable. Have not had any issues with blisters although be careful, because they did rub on my ankles once which could potentially injure the skin. I still love them very much. They look so cute with all kinds of outfits. So, officially recommend these.

I ordered my regular size 9 (usually a 9, but sometimes an 8.5) and I had to return it for an 8. The 8s fit nicely but the straps around the foot aren’t adjustable so just be aware if you have a narrow foot. I would not consider my foot narrow and there’s a little bit of sliding. As for comfort I wore them to a vineyard, I didn’t walk much but I did have some rubbing on the back of my ankle, not enough to actually break the skin or anything but you may want a few short wears before you’re out all day in them. Super cute, easy to walk in. I recommend!

I purchased a pair of these sandals a while back and absolutely loved them. I wore them very frequently because they are so comfortable and cute. However, the strap on the left shoe detached. I thought I would give them another shot and purchased a second pair. The exact same strap on the left shoe detached again. Bought a THIRD pair, because there was no way it could happen three times, right? Wrong. Exact same shoe, exact same spot. Detached. These are my favorite shoes and I love them but they don’t last and aren’t worth the money.

Weird Sizing, amazing quality
Amazing quality, sizing is a bit weird. I am always an 11.5 in women’s shoes with a super wide foot (how dainty of me). Sandals, sneakers, otherwise. I heard mixed opinions from other sites and reviews for this show, so I went with my gut and sized DOWN to the 11. They fit perfectly for my wideness, but they are also the longest shoe ever. My foot feels like it’s swimming in it sometimes, but I know if I went down to a 10 they would be too narrow for my foot.So be aware if you are a big or wide footed lady, they might fit weird depending on what you choose to do. Winter time I plan to wear these with thick socks or stockings and that will help with the oversizing.

Love them. My feet are a little chunky so i do have to stretch them out a little, but after wearing them a few times my feet are already fitting better. I can say they run a little big. Im usually a 7.5 so I bought an 8 and had to return and get a 7.Updating review: 2 years later and these are falling apart. These are not the good quality Dr martens used to be. I have boots that are 12 years old and still look great. The part where the ankle strap connects to the sandal base is cracked on both sandals. I wear these to an office job, so they’re not being abused just worn. Idk I’m sad that $100 sandals only lasted about 2 years.
