Walking Tall: My Honest Take on Dr. Martens Heeled Boots
Dr. Marten's boots have been a favorite of mine for the past 25 years. I was excited to find so many new styles available in recent years. This boot is quality made through and through. That being said, all Dr. Marten's come with a bit of pain while wearing. The leather on these is incredibly supple so there is no causing blisters like classic docs. The problem I found with these was with the heel. It became very sore after wearing for a few hours. I think a good insole would solve the issue.

Beautiful boots
I have had a journey with these boots (the Chesney heeled boots) I usually have to wear an 11 in docs, I size up to accommodate wide wide width and really high insteps and end up with too long shoes. I got these boots in size 11, they were HUUUUGE, my feet were slipping and sliding around in them. I sized down to a 10, still too big, finally I got them in size 9 and they’re perfect, slightly tight across the instep, but I wore thick socks and hit them with the hairdryer and they relaxed and the fit is PERFECT. So they run at least a size large in my opinion, compared to other docs. I now have these in both the black and the white version, they are gorgeous, and since for once I’m in my ‘regular’ size and not sized up two sizes, these docs make my feet look small :PThe wide heel and platform make them stable and pretty easy to walk in, and the leather isn’t super stiff. I will say if you have thick ankles and lower legs you might need longer laces.

Boots great; company lousy
The boots were wonderful quality and they arrived promptly. However, the company sent the wrong size. I ordered my correct size but they sent a size larger. I returned them on January 10. The company received the return. They first started my money would be refunded February 2. On February 2 the date was changed to February 10. I’ve never had a problem like this before through Amazon.
