These were rather uncomfortable but after breaking in, they feel great. Seem to be well built.Edit to update: I have had this pair of shoes for over 15 months and the tread has worn down on the balls of my feet but everything else has held up remarkably well. I am on my feet 40+ hours per week. Most work shoes I buy split between the sole and the upper on the outside edge. These have not.Just ordered another pair. I hope they hold up just as well.
I am going to be honest here. I am a very fat woman with big feet. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and work on my feet all day at a busy gas station. I love these shoes. I bought my first pair on clearance at a local shoe store, and wore them for about a year until my abuse finally took them out. I tried a couple others shoes that promised support, but it wasn't the same and my feet were killing me.I was so happy to find these online and bought a new pair to replace the other shoes I tried. I love them so much. They really do provide fantastic support right out of the box, and are very lightweight. My old non-slip sketchers were so heavy that they would create sores on my feet. I have no such issues with these.I think my only complaint is that while these are slip resistant, they don't provide the same slip resistance as those sketchers. I am definitely ordering these for a third time when this pair finally bites the dust; they are a fantastic shoe.
Absolutely excellent shoes in terms of comfort. They live up to the Dr. Scholls name. I can stand in them for 8 hours easy with no foot fatigue, BUT if you are buying them to use at work then you'll want to make note of the fact that they are NOT water proof or even resistant. They will get wet and take a while to dry. On one hand this is useful for someone who wants their feet to breath all day but it's also a negative if you work somewhere wet. Also, they are about as non-slip as someone could reasonably expect.
I purchased these on price alone but have been very surprised by the good quality. They fit great, are very comfortable, and have held up great for a few months now. They also look better than I expected. All together great
Durability and comfort they have gone up lately but husband is mechanic so they take a licking but keep on ticking you can’t tear them up and comfort a plus Not bulky or heavy
Overall good shoe for money. Has slowly helped with my foot pain. I’d continue to buy the same shoe if it continued to come back. I can’t stay with brands that don’t work for me though. I work hard for my check I need products that take care of my body for fair price.
I got these as my doc recommended arch support. |They were not obviously good. But looking back and swapping my old shoes, yes they provide better arch support and meed my employer's requirements for non slip shoes.
