Read Reviews!
I am big on reading reviews however I rarely leave them. I understand they are very important, especially on purchases like this. Many of the reviews were saying these ran small, tighter than normal and many returned them. I read a few that said to wear them around and they will stretch and mold to your foot, and not to order bigger. I am a true to size 9 and took a gamble... While they were a little tight to slip on at first, I wore them one 12 hr work day with no socks and they are the most comfortable shoes ever! I am not on my feet the full 12 hours and being only day one, I can not review on long term wear.my right foot is a little bit thicker (top to bottom) than my left, so it was a slightly tighter all day. By the end of the day, they fit like a glove. I have not tried them with no show socks yet, I will wear with out to stretch a little longer.Great shoes, especially for the sale price!

Uncomfortable to wear long hours
I am a long time wearer of sketchers work shoes for women. Since my size was out of stock I decided to go with dr scholls thinking that maybe they would be just as comfortable as I know dr scholls shoes are supposed to be. I landed on this style because it resembles the same style I wear. I work 5 days a week 10 hour shifts and by the middle of the day my feet were throbbing. I thought maybe they just need more time to break in. After 9 days worth of wearing them, I can no longer wear them. Not only did my feet hurt a lot, but it affected my hips and back posture as well to the point I couldn't walk straight. They are well crafted shoes, but one flaw I see in the design is the lip on the top also concave into the top of your foot. It was leaving indentations on the top of my feet. That part needs to be reworked from the design. I'm pretty sure the reason why my hips and back hurt so much from them is because of the higher heels in them. I do not wear high heels on a normal basis and to wear them for 10 hours a day is not something I would wish anyone to do. I'm fairly sure these shoes did not depict high heels and/or corrective support in the details. Please redesign these better. But I definitely will not be purchasing dr scholls shoes in the future.

Best Clogs Ever
I love clogs in general. This is my second pair of these, after the first pair lasted several years and were damaged in a flash flood. I'd lucked into the first pair at DSW and last box on the shelf - just my (big - 10) size! The price was right and black goes with everything so I bought them for much less than other 'high end' brands I've had like Dansk or Ecco. They became a fast favorite and found them comparable to higher priced brands and half the price or less. The second pair is living up to the first. I can wear them with jeans or even get by with wearing them to the office (with black trousers). They are comfortable, fit just right, and are of good quality. If they are anything like my first pair, they will have great durability and last a long time. I highly recommend and would buy again.

Too small.
Although this pair was a size 9 it was too small, although well made.

My feet hurt more than in heels
Unlike most reviews, I had no issues with the tight heel. I had little to no blistering in these shoes, on any part of my foot. However, my feet have never hurt more. I wore these to work in a restaurant (8-15 hour shifts), and the balls of my feet and my heels ached after 3 hours every time I wore them. It felt like I was just walking on 2x4's the way I couldn't walk. I tried wearing them for 3 weeks (4-5 shifts a week) to hopefully get past the break-in period (they didn't break in). I then tried getting the Dr. Scholl's shoe inserts and it wasn't much better. I'm really sad because these shoes are such great quality, but they do not work with my feet AT ALL, to the point where it would hurt to walk barefoot for the next 2-3 days after wearing those shoes.

Amazing tread on the bottom!!!
I chose “fits as expected” when reviewing. I can’t say it enough give the shoes a couple days as you’re wearing them in ;) it takes wearing them in to get the true “toe box”, “width”, “arch support”, true fit. These shoes have elastic on the sides to help with the breaking in process. I’ll show you in the photos. Most of the other reviews on these shoes in particular were “runs small”. Here’s why...I’m a 9 1/2, on my feet usually 8-12 hours a day. When I read the reviews “smaller than expected” (58% at the time) “runs small” or “too tight”, “order up one size”, I decided to go with a 9 1/2 WIDE width. First off I would like to say , I have wore many of these types of shoes, 25+ years in the medical field, and yes they usually do run small. They usually run “smaller than expected”, or “Tight through the toes“, or “short on the heels”.My experience with these 9 1/2 Dr. Scholl’s wide, when I first put them on I thought wow these feel really good, super nice cushioning on the inside, not too high on the heel cord (tendinitis). These types of shoes, usually run narrow through the front, and tight through the top of the foot, which usually causes rubbing on the inside of the shoe, towards the big toe and the small toe, you know this if you’ve ever wore these type of shoes, but I did not experience this with these Dr. Scholl’s. First, I thought it was because they were a “wide“, but it was not. You have to put them on and break them in around the house for a day or two.I say all this to say I should’ve went with a solid 9 1/2 fits as expected, and not have got the “wide” based on reviews. People who are true half sizes, they already know what I’m talking about, I’m not a size 9 and I’m not a size 10. When you are a 9 1/2 some shoes you will be able to wear either in a nine wide or a ten depending on how they are made, but not usually. After two days in the shoes I was going to send them back because I felt like they were too big, too wide (my foot was slipping in them as I wore them in) , and get the true 9 1/2. I’ve chose to keep them with winter coming because I will be wearing thicker, “smart wool” socks with them or thicker compression socks with them, and will probably have them worn out by spring of the year :) pics attached! Amazing tread on the bottom of these shoes!!! They will pick stuff up off the carpet haha. I’m up and down a metal ramp all day, absolutely no sliding, the best tread I’ve ever experienced!!But after this review, I should definitely receive a true size 9 1/2 for free for spring of the year lol joking!#Proud#essential.health.care.worker.25+yrs.#strong💪🏻Update: I’m 6 weeks in wearing these shoes everyday 8-12 hours, 5-6 days a week. The shoes are starting to smell (I wear compression socks with them every day). The insoles are beginning to wear a little bit, on the side of the heels, but mostly towards the ball of the feet, from previous review they are just a little big. One shoe does feel more stretched out than the other. The tread is still absolutely amazing! Will post another a pic.
